Full-Service Precision Machining

ACE Precision operates a 20,000 sq ft facility in Agawam, MA equipped for complex CNC turning and milling work across a broad range of materials and part geometries. Our CNC machining capabilities span multi-axis turning with live tooling, 4th axis vertical milling, manual and CNC grinding, and a dedicated 1,000 sq ft inspection center. Every part we ship is backed by our AS9100 and ISO9001 certified quality management system.

We work to customer drawings and specifications, supporting lot sizes from single prototypes through production runs. Full material certifications and traceability documentation are standard on every job. When a program requires anodizing, passivation, plating, NDT, or part marking, we coordinate those finishing services directly so parts arrive complete and ready for assembly.

CNC Turning

Our turning department runs nine HAAS CNC lathes, the majority equipped with live tooling and Y-axis capability. This allows us to complete complex turned parts in a single setup, combining turning, milling, drilling, and threading without secondary operations.

CNC Milling

Our milling department runs six HAAS vertical machining centers ranging from the VF1 to VF5, including high-speed Super Speed configurations. Several machines are equipped with 4th axis rotary tables, giving us true multi-axis capability for complex prismatic parts, angled features, and full-periphery machining in a single setup.

Manual Machining & Grinding

Our manual department supports secondary operations, one-off work, and grinding requirements that benefit from skilled hands-on machining. Two CNC-assisted TRAK mills bridge the gap between manual and full CNC, providing flexible capacity for complex setups and short-run work.

Inspection & Quality

Our 1,000 sq ft inspection center is the backbone of our AS9100 and ISO9001 certified quality management system. The centerpiece is a 2024 Mitutoyo CRYSTA-APEX V CNC CMM, one of the most accurate coordinate measuring machines available. Every precision feature can be fully documented with dimensional reports, material certifications, and full traceability from raw stock to finished part.

Finishing & Outside Services

We coordinate all finishing and outside processing directly, so you deal with one supplier from raw material through delivery. Our network of qualified vendors handles the full range of aerospace and industrial finishing requirements, and we manage all documentation, certifications, and traceability through our quality system.
